Does the app modify my theme files?
No. Fexa AI uses Shopify's native Online Store 2.0 Theme App Extension (App Embed). It renders structured data directly into your head tags without editing your Liquid theme files, guaranteeing zero ghost code if uninstalled.
How do credits work?
One credit allows generating complete SEO metadata, long and short copy, image ALT texts, and interactive FAQs for one product or page. Free credits are included at install, and additional credits can be acquired via monthly subscriptions or one-time packs.
How do I uninstall?
You can uninstall directly from your Shopify Admin under Settings > Apps and sales channels. Subscriptions stop immediately and no further charges will occur.
