1. Service Description
Fexa AI provides Shopify merchants with automated search engine optimization (SEO) scoring, AI-driven metadata generation, structured data (Schema.org JSON-LD), and catalog enhancement tools. By installing or accessing the application, you agree to these Terms.
2. Merchant Responsibilities & Content Grounding
You retain full ownership of your catalogue content. While Fexa AI enforces strict anti-hallucination and factual grounding safeguards, you are responsible for reviewing generated copy before or after applying it to your live storefront. Every write made to your Shopify store is recorded and reversible in the History & Rollback dashboard.
3. Billing & Credit Usage
All billing is managed exclusively via the official Shopify Billing API. Subscription charges and one-time credit pack purchases appear directly on your standard Shopify invoice. Credits are consumed upon successful AI generation. Free tier credits are provided upon initial installation.
4. Cancellation & Uninstallation
You may cancel your subscription or uninstall the application at any time directly through your Shopify Admin under Apps > Apps and sales channel settings. Upon uninstallation, recurring subscriptions are canceled immediately and stored data is scheduled for deletion per our Privacy Policy.
5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding specific search engine rank improvements or conversion gains, as organic search results depend on numerous external factors beyond the application's control.
